Product Enhancement Agreement Process

The joint development process is straightforward and can be established even before the contract is signed. This option is also available for existing customers.

Costs of Product Enhancements

We estimate the development costs of a feature at the customer’s request. The more individually the feature is tailored to the customer, the more the customer has to contribute to the development costs. A rental fee is charged for the developed feature.

You Decide Your Update Schedule

Updates are developed, tested, and released on a regular basis. You choose how frequently you receive updates – whether through standard releases or long-term support options. Our Zero-Bug Policy ensures stable software.

Standard Release

Every two months, you’ll receive one of six annual releases (February, April, June, August, October, December). Before the release, the new version undergoes thorough testing to ensure highest quality.
