Use the Program Analysis Now Even More Easily
Discover the SEQUIQ Program Analysis – now even easier to access directly from the main menu!
Your Advantage:
With the Program Analysis, you always keep your production planning in view. Whether short-term for tomorrow’s sequence or long-term for order distribution in the next quarter – you can identify trends early and take proactive control.
What does this mean for you?
You’ll get answers to questions such as:
- Which orders of a specific type are scheduled for next month?
- How reliably are target dates for shifts and weeks being met?
See at a glance:
- Order Distribution: Analyze production volumes by type, customer group, or model – clearly displayed as charts and tables. For example, you can immediately see how many orders are planned for a specific destination country in the coming week. Create custom order types for any combination of characteristics to keep critical variants in focus.
- Sequencing Rule Violations: Quickly see how well the current order sequence complies with sequencing rules, broken down by the star-weighting of the rules. Add new rules easily with just a click.
- Adherence to Target Dates: Track schedule compliance and identify risks before they impact delivery. Additionally, you can instantly see how many orders fall within the target time windows and how many are scheduled too early or too late. This allows you to spot deviations immediately and take targeted action.
All results can be aggregated by shift, day, week, or month and switched between bar and stacked charts. Detailed information is conveniently available via tooltips or in the table below the chart.
Furthermore, analyses can be exported to Excel with just a few clicks – making it easy to share your insights with colleagues.
The SEQUIQ Program Analysis is part of the module Program Planning. Curious to learn more? Contact us – we’ll be happy to advise you!

Further Improvements
- Extended Display of Order Types in Program and Drift Analysis: Order types for targeted variant analysis can now be displayed with up to 10 characters instead of the previous maximum of 4. This makes it possible to distinguish order types even when the first four characters are identical.
